1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when registering an account, purchasing water purifiers, booking service technician visits, or submitting commercial vending machine inquiries. This includes name, phone number, physical installation address, and payment transaction references.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To process your orders and transactions securely.
- To dispatch service coordinators and technicians to your location for installation or maintenance visits.
- To send important order updates, reminders for AMC plan renewals, and technician arrival times.
- To comply with regulatory tax invoice requirements in India.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell customer data. We only share the minimum address and phone details needed by registered service coordinators and delivery couriers to fulfil orders and service visits.
4. Security of Sessions and Payments
We store session authentication states in secure HTTP-only cookies to prevent unauthorized cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. Please Note: Product orders currently use cash on delivery only. We do not collect or store card, UPI, or online-banking credentials.
5. Account Deletion and Preferences
Account data-deletion preferences are managed manually at this stage. Customers can request profile removal, address deletion, or order scrubbing by writing to our grievance officer at support@sreejaaqua.com. All valid requests are processed within 14 business days.
