Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 17, 2026
1. Scope of Services
Sreeja Aqua Technologies sells water purification systems, replacement filters/parts, and provides on-site field maintenance/AMC services in Hyderabad, India. We also supply commercial vending systems subject to custom quotes and franchise enquiries.
2. User Accounts and Verification
When you register, you agree to provide accurate email addresses and phone numbers. Accounts are subject to suspension if fake accounts or fraudulent payment activity are detected.
3. Ordering, Pricing, and Invoices
All prices are calculated and finalized in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout. Orders include the applicable 18% GST tax rate. Note: Sequential tax invoices displayed inside the dashboard are mock simulations created for sandboxed staging and testing, and are not legally binding tax documents.
4. Service Booking and Cancellation SLA
Water purifier service bookings are scheduled based on coordinator and technician availability. Note: Reservation slots and technician capacities are mock estimations. Cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled manually by contacting support, subject to review.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer home delivery of purifiers and spare parts across Hyderabad. Orders above ₹1,500 qualify for free delivery, while orders below ₹1,500 incur a standard flat shipping fee of ₹150. Deliveries typically take 2-4 business days.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel physical product orders prior to dispatch for a full refund. Purifier units and parts are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery only if they are defective, unused, and in their original packaging. For COD purchases, approved refunds are arranged with the customer within 7-10 business days after inspection.
7. Product Warranty Policy
Domestic water purifier systems are sold with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty from the installation date, covering electrical components (pump and adapter). Replacement filter cartridges and TFC membranes do not carry a warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of purifier installations or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
